Mr. Mohan has very rich and varied experience in  the Indian financial and capital markets.  Mr. Mohan worked as a merchant banker and was General Manager at J M Financial & Investment Consultancy Services Limited, Mumbai where he worked for over ten years at JM. He was involved in all the stages of capital raising by Indian corporates; from capital structuring, obtaining statutory approvals, due diligence to marketing the IPOs.

After this, Mr. Mohan joined and led Jardine Fleming India Securities Limited as Director. He was instrumental in building a presence in the Indian domestic capital market and leverage JF’s strong institutional placement capability to develop retail distribution organically and through strategic alliances. He later led as CEO, Way2Wealth Securities Private Limited the retail financial advisory arm of Sivan Securities.  Way2Wealth was ranked among the top procurers of mutual funds from retail investors and was one of the first corporate agents to market life insurance policies.

Subsequently he was Director – Group Resources; the group consists of Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company Limited (www.coffeeday.com), Global Technology Ventures Limited (www.gtvltd.com) and Way2Wealth.  And his responsibilities included planning and raising financial resources for the group companies.
Mr. Mohan holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University.
